Andreina Sayago Joins OAREX

Andreina Sayago joines OAREX as Senior Legal Advisor. She specialises in commercial and business law, structured finance and regulatory compliance, advising across the EU, UK and U.S.

Prior to OAREX, she served as Senior Legal Counsel at Vane GmbH, where she worked with OAREX CRO, Matt Byrne.

Andreina holds two LL.M. degrees from Freie Universität Berlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and a law degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas.
