After you’ve been on-boarded, we will reach out to your customers for their acknowledgement that we own the invoices and that they will pay us directly. If your customers have an electronic dashboard, we will swap out your pay info for ours there as well. If you issue a manual invoice, we require our pay info on the invoice and to be included in the correspondence to verify the balances.
